This Cancellation Policy outlines the expected time frame and conditions under which a client may cancel a purchased service from https://jmitsol.com.
Cancellation Conditions and Time Frame (Mandatory Requirement)
- Cancellation Period: The Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours of the initial payment transaction, provided the project work has not commenced.
- Cancellation Procedure: To cancel a service, the client must send a written request via email to our support address detailing the transaction ID and service to be canceled.
Refund Post-Cancellation (Mandatory Requirement)
- If the cancellation is approved, refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.
- Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
