Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs the rights and responsibilities of cardholders regarding service fee refunds for transactions made on https://jmitsol.com.

Refund Eligibility and Method (Mandatory Requirements)

• Refunds are only issued if a cancellation request is made within the specified time frame (see Cancellation Policy below) and the service work has not yet commenced beyond the initial consultation/scoping phase.

• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment used for the purchase.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days and the time depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Non-Refundable Services

• Fees for work that has been completed, third-party costs (e.g., purchased domains, premium themes), and services explicitly marked as non-refundable in the SOW are generally not eligible for a refund.
