This Refund Policy governs the rights and responsibilities of cardholders regarding service fee refunds for transactions made on https://jmitsol.com.
Refunds are only issued if a cancellation request is made within the specified time frame (see Cancellation Policy below) and the service work has not yet commenced beyond the initial consultation/scoping phase.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment used for the purchase.
Refunds will be processed within 10 to 45 days and the time depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Fees for work that has been completed, third-party costs (e.g., purchased domains, premium themes), and services explicitly marked as non-refundable in the SOW are generally not eligible for a refund.
